Affinity Water has unveiled its plans for a collaborative water transfer scheme to move supplies south using the Grand Union Canal from the Midlands to Affinity's supply region. The company will receive 50 megalitres daily as part of its efforts to stop unsustainable abstraction from chalk streams in its region.
