Anglian Water has become the latest company to accept the final determination set out by Ofwat.
The water and sewerage company has accepted the price controls for the 2015-2020 period the regulator set out in December after “no significant changes” were made to its proposed business plan.
In a statement to Utility Week, the company said it has already begun implementing the “ambitious targets we’ve set ourselves”.
These include: reducing leakage; increasing voluntary metering to 95 per cent; improving the resilience of our networks; and protecting communities and the environment from extremes of weather including flooding and drought.
The announcement comes after United Utilities and Severn Trent accepted their final determinations from Ofwat earlier in the week.
