However, companies have been adamant that the right framework needs to be in place to incentivise investors. The RIIO2 draft determinations, due next week, have already been described as a signal of the UK’s ambition for a green recovery.
We will discuss the kind of policies and regulatory approach needed to encourage investors and examine other areas in which investor mindsets are shifting.
