Citizens Advice has released its latest star ratings table in which it ranks suppliers for customer service. The consumer champion found that issues with billing made up the majority of complaints.
Igloo announced Osaka Gas was investing "up to £20m" . The challenger energy supplier's CEO said his company was looking to expand into the heat pump market.
SES Water backer, Osaka Gas, has taken a minority stake in Igloo Energy, which has 85,000 residential customers. The firm said the investment would help fast-track the development of its home services arm.
