Battery storage to be installed across Scottish Water estate

Scottish Water has revealed plans to deploy more than 400MW of large-scale battery storage across its estate, starting with three 69MW projects at water and wastewater treatment works and a wastewater pumping station. The company has formed a partnership with Bluestone Energy, which will install and manage the batteries.
