British Gas has been ranked as the worst supplier of last resort in terms of the overall transfer experience in a survey of more than 12,000 customers who went through the process over the last year. The research by MoneySavingExpert.com highlighted long waiting times to receive credit balances and difficulties in communications as particular concerns.
