Supplier performance dips as star rating methodology changes
So Energy has blamed its recent low performance in the Citizens Advice star ratings on a change to the methodology in how the rankings are worked out. Co-founder and interim chief executive Simon Oscroft has given Utility Week his thoughts on why he believes his company has not performed as well. The methodology changes have been brought in despite opposition from suppliers.
