Currently chair of the Circular Economy Task Force and associate of the Green Alliance, Hill has recently completed terms as non-executive director of both The Eden Project and the Environment Agency.
Johnson, an associate of Pöyry Management Consulting and director at Delta Carbon Advisers, previously worked at National Power for ten years, becoming managing director of Innogy and spent six years with the Utility Regulator in Northern Ireland.
Dame Yve Buckland, chair of CCWater, said: “They both bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise from their respective fields which will add great value to CCWater’s work on behalf of consumers at a crucial time for the industry, as we move towards bill prices being set for the next five years.”
According to CCWater, neither appointee has declared any political affiliations.
