CfD auction results to be released on Friday

The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy has confirmed that the results of the third Contracts for Difference auction will be released this Friday (20 September). More than £65 million of annual subsidies are being allocated in the auction, which is expected to see several offshore windfarms take contracts at near wholesale market prices.
