Three engineering consultants have won places on two frameworks set up to deliver professional services, asset management and construction projects across the utilities sector. The frameworks, worth a combined £1.25 billion, cover projects in water, renewables, gas, electricity and nuclear – as well as works on ports, railways, aviation and telecommunications.
