Public sector procurement specialist Scape has launched a £4 billion framework model to speed up the procurement of low carbon and renewable energy projects. Kier and McLaughlin & Harvey have been appointed to Scape’s £3 billion Utilities Works and Services Framework for England, Wales and Northern Ireland. McLaughlin & Harvey and RJ McLeod have also been appointed to lead the £1 billion Scottish version of the framework.
