A net zero power system will only be possible with a massive scaling up of the UK’s storage infrastructure and this will require multiple solutions.
In the latest Countdown to COP webinar, on Thursday 6 May from 10.30am to 11.15am, we profile three of the key emerging technologies that could play a significant role in that mix.
These operators will showcase the storage solutions of the future and discuss the challenges that need to be overcome to roll them out at scale.
They will include Gravitricity, the gravity storage specialist, Invinity, which is pioneering the development of vanadium flow batteries and cryogenic energy storage proponent Highview Power.
