Claire Coutinho has postponed a planning decision on yet another energy infrastructure project. The latest project to suffer a planning delay is the proposed energy from waste scheme submitted by North Lincolnshire Green Energy Park Ltd. It is the latest in a series of planning delays including Coutinho’s decision to postpone a decision on in Cambridgeshire's giant Sunnica solar farm.
