Energy suppliers dealing with Ombudsman cases will return to normal from next month after being given more flexibility in light of Covid-19. Ombudsman boss Matthew Vickers' announcement comes after Ofgem chief executive Jonathan Brearley wrote an open letter announcing normal regulatory rules will apply from 1 July.
