Energy Saving Trust has awarded £1.9 million to seven charities for the twelfth round of Ofgem’s energy redress scheme. The scheme collects voluntary payments from energy companies that have been found to have breached Ofgem administered rules and redistributes them to charities across Great Britain to support vulnerable customers, tackle fuel poverty and support the transition to net zero emissions.
