Electricity North West (ENW) has earmarked ten substations in Greater Manchester for a summer makeover as part of its Transforming our Spaces campaign. The programme, which began in 2019, sees the company revamp areas of land around electricity substations that have suffered vandalism, lack wildlife or do not have funding to carry out such projects.
