Eon opens a high street store to offer face-to-face customer service

Eon has opened its doors to its customers by setting up shop in Nottingham city centre.

The energy company will provide face-to-face customer service at its ‘Open House’ shop as part of its Reset Review trial.

Visitors to the store will be able to manage their bills, resolve queries, receive help and advice, and also learn how to save energy and money at home.

Eon is also considering opening additional ‘Open House’ stores in other cities in the UK.
