Equinor has signed agreements with the Crown Estate for the lease of the seabed for proposed extensions to two existing windfarms off the coast of Norfolk. The company is hoping to double the generation capacity of both the Sheringham Shoal and Dudgeon windfarms to more than 1.4GW in total.
