Everflow’s revenue up one-third as customer base grows

Water retailer Everflow has increased its revenue year-on-year by 33% to £154 million in 2023 as its customer base grew by one-fifth (19%) to 94,000.

The company, which diversified into waste management services to business customers last year, now holds a 5.5% share of the water market.

The company targeted its existing market segment of small, medium (SME) business customers with the waste services offering.

Craig Dallison, who was appointed chief executive in November, said the company plans for further growth.

The company has previously expressed ambitions to continue expanding the range of services it offers outside of the water market, including telecoms.

Everflow founder Josh Gill stepped down as chief executive following a management buy-out of the business last year from Perwyn.

Gill, who formed the company in 2015, remains with the organisation as a director on the board.

The company appointed Sarah Yorston to a newly created role of people and culture director to grow the workforce as part of the ongoing expansion of multi-utility services to businesses.

Elsewhere, it named Lucy Armstrong as director and chair of the Everflow board.
