Five energy suppliers have been ordered by Ofgem to collectively pay £575,000 into the government’s Feed-in Tariff (FIT) support scheme for small-scale renewables. All five suppliers are currently listed as being in credit default by Elexon, with the code administrator also recently deciding to expel three of them from the Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC).
