Good Energy has once again strongly rebuffed efforts by Ecotricity to buy out the remaining shares in the company after the latter made public its offer document as part of its takeover bid. Ecotricity published the document containing the full terms and conditions on Wednesday (11 August) along with the associated form of acceptance that was also sent to Good Energy’s shareholders.
