The government is examining the rollout of a public information campaign to cut energy demand, the new climate minister has said. Graham Stuart revealed information about reducing demand could be tied into the Energy Price Guarantee scheme. However, he admitted ministers might not be the "best people to be telling people to put another jumper on".
