Environmental infrastructure fund JLEN has agreed to buy Yorkshire Hydropower Holdings for a total of £4.3 million. The company owns two hydropower plants, both accredited under the Feed-in Tariff scheme, as well as a battery storage facility with a firm frequency response contract.
