Market Operator Services Limited (MOSL) is set to expand its management team as it takes control of the water market opening programme.
The organisation is set to appoint an additional 24 members of staff by the end of the summer as it oversees the programme to open the non-domestic water market to competition by April 2017.
MOSL has finalised its business structure and now recruiting for roles across the delivery, market services and market engagement directorates as well as into the programme management office.
Utility veteran Ben Jeffs was appointed as MOSL chief executive in June and last week the organisation’s permanent board members were also appointed.
MOSL is set to announce the preferred bidder to design and build the central IT systems next week from a shortlist of four companies.
