National Grid Electricity Distribution (NGED) has appointed Regina Finn as the chair of its newly formed Distribution System Operator (DSO) Panel. Finn, who served as Ofwat’s first ever chief executive, will make her inaugural appearance as panel chair on 31 January at NGED’s DSO governance event.
