Electricity networks have restored power to around 800,000 homes and businesses affected by Storm Arwen. As of Sunday evening, 193,000 homes remained without power as thousands of engineers tackle damage three times greater than the ‘Beast from the East’ in 2018, and the worst storm to affect power supplies in 15 years.
