Ofgem is proposing to fine small power supplier Symbio Energy for failing to pay into renewables schemes on time. The fine, which will be reduced if Symbio chooses to settle, follows an investigation launched after the retailer made four late payments into environmental schemes such as the RO and FIT schemes.
