David Black spoke at the MOSL CEO forum asking participants in the non-household market to help accelerate reforms of the market performance framework that was identified as a friction point between participants after the market opened in 2017. Black praised progress on improving innovation in the sector but said more is still needed to deliver benefits for customers and the environment.
