Ofwat's senior director overseeing PR24 will be leaving the water regulator this summer just as the sector embarks on writing its business plans for the upcoming price review. Ofwat said recruitment has begun to fill Aileen Armstrong's role, while chief executive David Black assured she would leave a "robust process" in place for PR24.
