What was your first job?
A postman at Christmas. Respect to all postmen (and women) everywhere.
What are the best and worst parts of your job?
The best part of my job is being part of a dedicated and driven team. I haven’t found any bad parts yet.
What’s your dream job and why?
Head chef and owner of a restaurant. I love cooking but I can’t comment on the results.
Where did you last go on holiday?
Devon.
What’s your most treasured possession?
My banjo.
In the Hollywood film of your life, who would play you?
I’d like it to be Jason Statham, but it would probably be Phil Collins.
Reveal something about yourself not many people know.
I can play banjo, mandolin and ukulele.
What album is currently in your car CD player?
Richard Hawley, Coles Corner.
What’s your favourite film and TV programme?
Film: Gladiator. TV programme: Gavin & Stacey.
What quote or saying do you most overuse?
“Is it though?”
If you ruled the world, what would you do first?
Introduce custodial sentences for people who feel it’s okay to scoop their dog’s poop into a little bag and then leave it dangling on a branch. Grrrrrrr… But equal first make it mandatory that usage of key resources such as water and energy by both manufacturers and individuals is not just efficient but optimised.
What’s your favourite joke?
Old lady at a cashpoint asks the young man next to her: “Will you help me check my balance?”
So he pushes her over.
