There are just four weeks before the deadline for entry into the Utility Week Stars Awards 2016.
The popular awards scheme has once again been calling for utility companies to recognise their front line staff ahead of a gala dinner and cerebration in Manchester on 17 June.
The Utility Week Stars Awards, now in their third year, are a key channel through which companies can show their appreciation and value of teams and individuals who deliver essential services to customers. In the midst of continued stormy weather and scrutiny of utility relationships with customers, such accolades are hard won.
The Stars Awards categories have been refreshed in 2016 to place more focus on teams and individuals who demonstrate customer-focussed cultures within utilities, as well as on capturing, developing and retaining talent at a time of shifting business models and technology. A full list of the categories is below.
Companies who want their employees to experience the confidence- and morale-boosting benefits of these awards must submit their entries by 11 March. Entries will be judged by an impartial panel of industry experts and winners will be announced at the summer awards ceremony where senior executives as well as contemporaries from across the utilities sector will applaud their success.
