Pennon mulls merger of retail businesses after first profitable year

Pennon's non-domestic retail business has recorded a pre-tax profit for the first time since the market opened in 2017, which the group attributed to its sustainable growth strategy that won £19 million of new business in the year. CEO Susan Davy said the company would now consider the benefits of combining the retailer with Bristol Water's Water2Business.
