A new survey has found the proportion of leadership roles in the utilities sector that are held by women fell during 2021. Despite making up almost half of the UK workforce, women accounted for 27% of leadership roles in sector last year, according to Energy and Utility Skills' (EUS) second annual Inclusion Commitment Measurement Framework, down from 29% in 2020.
