RWE has taken over Innogy’s renewable energy division, bringing a close to its wide-ranging asset swap deal with Eon. It leaves the company with a total generation portfolio in the UK of around 9.5GW, including more than 1.4GW of offshore wind and 667MW of onshore wind.
