Sutton and East Surrey Water has rebranded its business retail arm as ‘SES Business Water’, ahead of market opening next year.
SESW will exit the market and pass its business customers to SES Business Water, allowing it to focus on its core business of wholesale water supply and continue to supply domestic customers.
SES Business Water is already operating in Scotland, and will offer water and wastewater supply to businesses across England from April 2017. Business customers in its supply area are already receiving their water supply service from SES Business Water as part of the deregulation process.
SES Business Water managing director Giuseppe Di Vita said: “We’re building on the heritage and reliability that Sutton and East Surrey Water customers already benefit from and offering a complete focus on business needs and solutions.
“Our customers are at the heart of SES Business Water and we’ve tailored our systems and processes around their needs to make it easy and hassle-free for businesses to manage their water supply.
“Competition in the water market offers all businesses an opportunity: we aim to help them act on it. Whether we’re helping a small business to save money or working with a large industrial site to improve water efficiency, we offer expertise and a straight-forward approach to water.”
