Shapps ‘deeply’ concerned PPM customers not receiving discounts

Grant Shapps has hit out at energy retailers over claims that many pre-payment meter customers have not received discount vouchers. He reminded CEOs they have a "duty to protect the most vulnerable, not leaving them to worry about their fuel bills" and warned there would be consequences if they failed to deliver on this promise.
