Solar and storage developer Anesco has been acquired by Aksiom Services Group - a joint venture between the infrastructure services company Aksiom and the US-based private equity firm Ara Partners - for an undisclosed sum. Anesco has developed and constructed more than 115 solar farms and energy storage facilities, including the UK’s first subsidy-free solar farm.
