South East Water Choice managing director exits

MD James Dubois is succeeded by South East Water's Tanya Sephton

South East Water Choice managing director James Dubois has left the company, nine months after having taken its helm. He has been succeeded by former head of business transformation for South East Water, Tanya Sephton.

Dubois was formerly head of energy broker at Lumina Energy, a position which he had been in since 2013. Before that, he was a sales manager at Make It Cheaper.

Sephton has more than 15 years’ experience in the water industry.

She joined South East Water in 2001 and, since then, has managed economic regulation, business planning and business transformation, and for the past two years has been a key player in preparing for the business retail market.

Commenting on her appointment to the role of managing director, Sephton said: “Having worked on the project from the very beginning, I’m excited to take on this new opportunity.

“There is an experienced team in place dedicated to offering business customers the very best service and I’m looking forward to our future together.”
