South West incentive scheme restores reservoir capacity

South West is rewarding customers in Cornwall with £30 off their water bills after a campaign asking them to save water helped restore low reservoir levels to 30% capacity. The company asked householders to use less water after the exceptionally dry summer left reserves at their lowest ever level. People across the region are being encouraged to keep up efficiency habits to ensure stocks are sufficient going into spring and summer.
