Thames Water has revised its plans for the redevelopment of its redundant Bath Road reservoir site in Reading.
Original proposals for 96 homes on the site were blocked by the city council and refused on appeal by communities secretary Eric Pickles.
Now the company has drawn up a scheme with Bewley Homes which would see 72 new homes built and the refurbishment of the Grade II listed water tower to provide 6 flats.
