Thames Water is set to begin excavating concrete from a sewer in Hammersmith and Fulham that was illegally dumped last year. The company is tracing who was responsible for pouring concrete down the drain, which Thames has had to regularly pump out the area to stop homes and businesses from being impacted by sewer flooding.
