A pension fund investor in Thames Water’s parent company has bought out a fellow shareholder, taking its holding to almost 20%. The Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) has acquired the 8.77% of Kemble Water Holdings Limited that has been owned by Wren House since 2017.
