Against a background of soaring inflation, frequent interest rate hikes and rapid change across the policy landscape, how are finance leaders across the utilities sector responding?
A major new research report from Utility Week, in association with WNS, will delve into the impacts across the sector as well as within particular segments.
Utility Week members have an exclusive opportunity to take part in this confidential survey to share their views on how the current macro-economic environment is likely to impact their business. The poll also gauges opinion on recent policy interventions and the approach taken by regulators.
Utility Week editor James Wallin said: “The current volatile economic climate presents complex challenges and trade-offs for utilities.
“Just this week we have seen examples of investor confidence being shaken by government actions, and scrutiny over the financial structures of utilities.
“We are keen to understand how finance leaders across the sector are responding and what they want to hear from government and regulators.
“I am very keen to hear the views of Utility Week member companies and look forward to being able to present back the findings along with analysis of their significance.”
The survey, accessed by the following link, should take no more than six minutes to complete and will help us build up a picture of industry sentiment. These inputs will help us shape a unique industry report, to be published later this year.
Participants will also be entered in a prize draw to win one of four £50 Amazon vouchers. Click here for the prize draw terms and conditions.
Responses will not be attributed to any organisation directly in any Utility Week reporting, but views will be aggregated with those of fellow leaders from the sector to form the basis of a report.
