The number of households struggling to pay their household bills has again risen, according to research by Ofwat that showed billpayers' awareness of support, and the number of people claiming it, remains low. The research shows a steep rise in the number of people struggling to pay their bills, with 75% now saying they have struggled, up from 45% two years ago.
