Time is running out on making water affordable for all customers in the face of bills having to rise at the next price review. Emma Clancy, head of CCW, warned engagement from government is needed now to make sure customers can afford their bills. As part of Utility Week's Action on Bills campaign, Clancy explained what steps companies are taking to support financially vulnerable households.
