If you have been quietly admiring the work of your utility colleagues, now's the opportunity to stop being quiet about it. The time has come once again to put together your submissions for Utility Week's Utility Industry Achievement Awards.
We considered having a dedicated “small company” category in the awards, as some suggested, but given that small energy and water companies have regularly topped performance tables – and claimed customer service accolades – it hardly seemed appropriate.
Instead, to help the industry experts make their decisions, we invite entrants to explain the scale of ambition of their project or initiative with respect to the size of their company – whether a minnow or a monster. So if you took on a challenge, if you outperformed, you are in with a chance.
The competition will be stiff, but the playing field will be level. Enter now, and stake your claim. See: www.utilityweekawards.co.uk
