Tributes have been paid from across the energy sector following the sudden death of ESB Energy’s head of operations and former Toto Energy chief executive, Tracy Houlihan. Houlihan, who died just days from her 54th birthday, was described by ESB GB and So Energy chief executive Monica Collings as a “passionate powerhouse of a lady, formidable and full of life”.
