UK markets are seen as too risky for overseas investors leading to an "investor strike" according to Dominic Nash, head of utilities at Barclays. Speaking at the Utility Week Forum, Nash said there are a number of risk factors at play including the general economic outlook, interest rates and inflation, as well as government decisions that are directly impacting utilities.
