Energy supplier Utilita has accused Citizens Advice of misrepresenting its customer complaints performance in the charity’s latest star ratings table. Following the publication of the results, a spokesperson for Utilita said the rating fails to reflect neither the unique nature of its business nor the service its customers receive.
