Utilita’s parent company – formerly known as the Utilita Group – has rebranded as Luxion Group. The group comprises retailer Utilita Energy, Procode – which provides the technology behind Utilita – and home monitoring company Canary Care. The Luxion Group will also oversee the administration of the Luxion Renewables fund which specialises in commercial solar installations.
